Usps made several shipping mistakes and Vapor.com rectified each one! Excellent customer service !

I have asked for a RA to return an item that isn’t working and nobody has gotten back to me in 10 days!
So far, I am not happy at all with this company and have let all my friends know NOT to do business with you

Great experience. Not only did I get a great discount and fast shipping, but when they had a better discount available a few days after receiving my order, vapor.com refunded the discount after reaching out to them. Really appreciate this level of customer service.

Great customer service. My order was delayed, I called and they took care of my order and sent it out immediately.

I understand that there are delays but it seems ridiculous to have to wait this long for a product. If I could get a better explanation as to why it’s so delayed it would help me have more peace of mind

Awesome service. Even during this pandemic, they were able to deliver the product much sooner than expected. The product is in new condition and all small additions present.

I ordered on june 23rd ..never recieved my order
they say on july 8th it was sent to my hme nope it wasnt, this site keeps your money they did mine so dnt bother wasting your time on this site dnt get ripped off!! Like i did! Yep ive got all my orders from everywhere else even china takes awhile but i got my order! not this place i wish i read all these reviews first! Of course they give Fake replys!! Apologetic but no action the reply isnt working its unreal ! So Fake!! I hope this review helps others before you get ripped off!!

I ordered a vape pen and PAID FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING on June 11th and I have nothing. I have heard I think 3 times now, that they will take care of it right away. Emailed two days ago and nothing back. I have told you guys I don’t care about the grinder you are giving and just send my product that I paid for. I see someone else complained about shipping and you had an update for him and he was supposed to get product on July 3rd. I can’t get anyone to tell me why except for co-vid. I am getting MANY things while Co-vid has been going on and I am not having this problem unless it’s from China, y’all are in Florida ????????‍♀️ I have now been on hold for 10 minutes...wonder if you are inundated with shipping complaints!!! Gah!!!!! Frustrating

I bought a hyrdrology 9 and purchased 1-3 day shipping, it has still not come in yet, nor even shipped as far as I know, and there is no real tracking I can do on it
